Today I’m gathering up some of those things I found in January that made my heart beat a bit extra. Amazing recipes, cute chickens and beautiful pictures, all mashed together.
The Tropézienne Tart by La Tarte Tropézienne. Brioche with Cream au Beurre (or buttercremé) and orange blossom, how great does that sound? This is just perfection.
And one more sweet thing, take a look at this Sunny pie by Milkandbun. The decor looks fantastic and I love the thought of tvorog and lemon filling.

Sustainable, home-grown produce, happy animals (look at those chickens) and a fantastic Melissa Kelly. From farm to table. Amazing.
I fell in love with Michelles from A dish of daily life Lemony Kale Quinoa Salad. Its been a go-to dish ever since I tried it the first time. As you probably have noticed by my blog-name, I have a thing for kale and this is just pure perfection.
This month I discovered two new favorites on Instagram; Adam Liaw @liawadam and Eugene Kitchen @eugenekitchen. Adam was my favorite in Masterchef Australia season 2 and his feed is just packed full with amazing photos of new dishes (for me at least). Eugene Kitchen runs a blog with the same name and her feed is just pure fun (just look at those amazing rainbow cookies!).
