HONEY FLUTE COCTAIL

This week have been though. No kidding. Two assignments is almost finished, proofread and handed in and I have managed to somehow squeeze in 15 pages of notes in the Organization and Leadership-class into my tiny head. So, I´m glad it is finally Friday today. Yeeey.

The weather have been magic lately. Sun, blue skies and 17 degrees. I have been studying outside, in the shadow on a blanket. So great. It’s going to be a bit colder further on, but I really doesn’t matter – when in Sweden you learn to get the maximum out of the small proportion of nice weather you get every year, haha.

So what have you guys been up to this week?
Apart from studying lots we made a visit to one of our friends for a evening-fika. It was so much fun to see her and her whole family and a great weeknight escape. I love how you actually make time to see friends on the weeknights in the summertime, instead of being inside with layers after layers with blankets.

Last weekend we celebrated a bit. Nothing special really – just that life is going well right now with school, this blog, work and yeah, everything. I had this cocktail on my Stockholm-trip when we ate at Griffins Steakhouse. It’s such a great summer-cocktail. The gin gives it some bite, the lemon some freshness and the honey both taste and sweetness. And everything becomes a bit better with some bubbles.

  1. Never thought of having honey in a cocktail but the flavours sound awesome. I’ll have to try this as I am a huge fan of gin.
